Valuations

As a firm of Chartered Surveyors we are regulated by the RICS and undertake valuations in accordance with their guidance and practice notes. Set out below are some of the valuations we undertake:

• Purchase.Valuations for Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax.
• Valuations for banks for secured lending purposes.
• Valuations under compulsory purchase schemes.
• Stocktaking valuations for income tax purposes.
• Valuations for wayleaves and easements.
• Rents on agricultural land, be it under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 or the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995.
• Rent reviews under telecommunication leases.
