Agricultural Management

We undertake the management of rural property on behalf of landowners.

This service includes the letting of the land and collection of rents. We would undertake rent reviews under the Agricultural Holdings 1986 or the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995.

We have wide experience in assisting landowners with the farming of their land through contract farming arrangements, as well as letting grassland on short term grazing agreements.

Basic Payment Scheme

We have extensive knowledge of the Basic Payment Scheme having submitted claim forms for farmers since the scheme was first introduced.

We are experienced in lodging the appropriate forms for registering farmers to claim Basic Payment monies, to transfer land and entitlements and for the registration of new farm businesses.

We are experienced in resolving queries with the Rural Payments Agency.

Farm Machinery Sales

We undertake dispersal sales of farm machinery on the holdings using our portable computerised systems and sales team.
